°1 pound beef
°(1) iceberg lettuce (fully rinsed, dried & chop)
°(1) red onion, chop
°(1) package frozen green peas, thawed
°10 oz shredded cheddar cheese
°1 cup chopped cauliflower
°(1 ¼ cup) mayonnaise
°2 tablespoons white sugar
°¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Add the beef to the pan and cook over medium to equal brown heat. Crumble and set aside
Place chopped lettuce in a flat bowl, top with onions, peas, cheese, cauliflower and beef.
Prepare the dressing by whisking the mayonnaise, sugar and parmesan together. Pour over the salad and refrigerate.
