Ingredients:
°2 tablespoons porridge
° 100 g peanut butter
° 3-4 squares dark chocolate + 1 tsp coconut oil, ghee or butter
* Preparation:
Combine all ingredients. Form a dozen balls with your hands. Store at least 4 hours in the freezer to make the dough firm enough. Melt the chocolate in a double boiler with a teaspoon of coconut oil (this will make the chocolate smooth and shiny).
Take your balls out of the freezer and dip them in the melted chocolate with 2 forks. To freeze the chocolate well, place the balls, again, in the freezer for 1 hour.
Then take them out of the freezer to keep them in the fridge (do not eat them directly from the freezer! You will break your teeth). The balls can be kept perfectly, in the fridge, for a week in an airtight box.
Good taste!
