Ingredients
For Baked Ground Beef and Cabbage:
- 1 onion, diced
- Salt, to taste
- Italian herbs
- Nutmeg
- Black pepper
- Paprika
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- Green onion, chopped
- Dill, chopped
- 5-6 tablespoons white yogurt
- 2 teaspoons tomato paste
- Cabbage, sliced
- Parmesan Potatoes (see separate instructions)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F).
- In a bowl, mix diced onion with salt, Italian herbs, nutmeg, black pepper, paprika, and minced garlic. Mix well.
- Add chopped green onion, dill, white yogurt, and tomato paste to the seasoned onion mixture. Combine thoroughly.
- Spread sliced cabbage evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Season with salt and black pepper.
- Spread the seasoned ground beef mixture over the cabbage.
- Pour the prepared sauce evenly over the ground beef.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes until the ground beef is cooked through and the cabbage is tender.
