Coconut rolls: the creamy, no-cook recipe to try now


80g coconut flour
100g sugar
75g flour
500ml milk
30g butter
10g vanilla sugar
100ml whipped cream
Icing sugar


First, spread the coconut flour on a baking sheet.
Cream: put the sugar, flour and milk in a saucepan. Bring to low heat and allow to thicken, then add the butter and icing sugar.
Pour the cream over the coconut flour, spread it and let it cool in the fridge.
Then cover with a layer of whipped cream and form the puddings by stuffing them with the walnuts.
