  • 250 gr flour
  • 125 ml warm milk
  • 56 gr melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon dry yeast
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 175 gr cream cheese

Garlic emulsion:

  • 1 egg
  • 150 gr butter
  • 3 tablespoons cream for cooking or milk
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 3 spoons parsley
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic

  • Directions:

  • Dough:
  • In a bowl, insert and mix flour, warm milk, butter, sugar, dry yeast and salt. Knead the dough and let it rest for an hour.
  • Then divide the dough into 6 or 8 portions and form balls, cover them for 30 minutes.
  • Bake at 400°F (200°) for 20 minutes.
  • Emulsion: put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
  • Fill the sandwiches with the cheese and dip them in the emulsion.
  • Bake at 400°F (190°-200°) for 20 minutes.
