Cream Cheese Lemonade Pie



°227 g cream cheese, soft
°A c with capacity of
°130 ml containing thawed frozen lemonade concentrate
°227 gram Cool Whip, thawed and divided
°170g graham cracker pie (or make your own)
°A bowl with a capacity of
°3/8 liter containing sliced fresh strawberries
°2 tablespoons of sugar



Beat cream cheese in large bowl with mixer until creamy. Adding concentrate, beating well after every addition. Slide in 1/2 quart Cool Whip; drop into crust.
Refrigerate 4 h or until firm. Meanwhile, mix the berries with the sugar. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Baste the rest of the pie with a spoon or a whisk just before serving. Adding berry mixture.
