Slow Cooker Poor Man’s Stew Recipe:

2 lbs ground beef

1 medium onion

2 medium carrots

4 medium russet potatoes

4 tablespoons tomato paste

1 tablespoon onion powder

1 teaspoon dried oregano

2 beef bouillon cubes

2 cups hot water

4 drops Worcestershire sauce

Instructions:

1. Begin by browning the ground beef. Once browned, transfer it to the slow cooker.

3. Peel and chop the onion and add it to the slow cooker.
