°24-28 oz * White Chocolate Chips
°11.75 ounces strawberry smoker (or strawberry sauce)
°1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
°pinch of salt
++Note: If you’re using white confectionery glaze chips (no cocoa butter included in the ingredients), use 24 ounces, if you’re using pure white chocolate (with cocoa butter included in the ingredients), use 28 ounces.
Melt white chocolate chips in the microwave or on the stove.
Pour the strawberry layer, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt into the melted white chocolate.
Stir until well blended.
Pour into an 8-inch square baking pan lined with non-stick foil.
Cover and refrigerate for 3-4 hours until firm.
Remove and peel the tin before cutting into 36 squares.
