Ingredients:
- 250 gr flour
- 125 ml warm milk
- 56 gr melted butter
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon dry yeast
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 175 gr cream cheese
Garlic emulsion:
- 1 egg
- 150 gr butter
- 3 tablespoons cream for cooking or milk
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 3 spoons parsley
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- Directions:
- Dough:
- In a bowl, insert and mix flour, warm milk, butter, sugar, dry yeast and salt. Knead the dough and let it rest for an hour.
- Then divide the dough into 6 or 8 portions and form balls, cover them for 30 minutes.
- Bake at 400°F (200°) for 20 minutes.
- Emulsion: put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
- Fill the sandwiches with the cheese and dip them in the emulsion.
- Bake at 400°F (190°-200°) for 20 minutes.
