FRIED CABBAGE

ingredients:

  • 1 cauliflower about 1300 grams
  • 1/2 onion, chopped – about 50 grams
  • 1 chopped red pepper – about 160g
  • 2 garlic cloves, finely minced
  • 1 c. ground cumin
  • 1 c. turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp. Red pepper
  • 1 c. Zaatar
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of pepper
  • 1 dash of avocado oil

Methods :

In a large skillet over medium heat, saute onion and garlic in avocado oil.

Meanwhile, in a food processor or blender, grind the cauliflower florets to the size of rice. The size of the pieces depends on your preference and the cooking time for the next step will vary. Personally, I prefer the beautiful pieces.

Add chopped pepper, broccoli and spices to the skillet. Cook for 10 minutes (or more if the cauliflower is chopped larger). to serve.
