°1/2 cup buttermilk
°1 3/4 cup sugar
°2 large eggs
°3 tablespoons flour all purpose flour
°pinch of salt
°1 stick of butter
°1 tsp vanilla

Preheat the oven to 400°.

Mix everything together and pour into an unbaked 9-inch pie crust. Lightly sprinkle the top with nutmeg.

Bake 15 mins. Lower the oven to 350° and cook for 45 minutes.

Let cool to allow the filling to set. Best southern pie ever! Delicious.
