These pork ribs have chipotle peppers on the south side and BBQ sauce on the west side! It is a guaranteed success from all sides and from all sides!

* ingredients :

°1.5 kg pork ribs olemel

°3 finely chopped garlic cloves

°30 ml (2 tablespoons) brown sugar

°25 ml (1½ tablespoon) cumin

°15 ml (1 tablespoon) chipotle pepper powder or chili powder

°15 ml (1 tsp) dry mustard

°15 ml (1 tsp) onion powder

°15 ml (1 tablespoon) ground coriander

°15 ml (1 tbsp. fresh  black pepper

°7 ml (1 tsp) coarse salt

°300 ml BBQ Commerce

* Methods  :

Combine all ingredients in a bowl, except for the BBQ. Rub the ribs on both sides with this mixture. Covering & refrigerating for 4 to 24 h.

Heat the oven to 300°F (150°C). Lay the ribs on the baking sheet, bone-side down. Wrap it in aluminum foil and seal it well. Bake for 2 1/2 hours, drain the ribs, reserving the cooking juices and add the juice to the barbecue sauce.

Heat the grill over a medium heat. Grill the ribs, turning them over, and brushing them with the sauce for 15 minutes or until caramelised.
