Baked parmesan garlic potato wedges recipe

*Ingredients for 4 people:

°400g potatoes

°1 tablespoon olive oil

°10 g paprika

°1 clove of garlic

°40 g grated parmesan

°1 pinch of oregano

°1 pinch of thyme

°salt pepper

*Preparation :

Washing & peeled potatoes & cut them into quarters.

Putting potatoes in the bowl & adding olive oil, salt, pepper & mix.

Finely chop the garlic then put in a small bowl and add the dried thyme, oregano, parmesan, paprika, and mix.

Pour this mix on potatoes and blend together.

Arrange the potatoes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper then bake at 200°C for about 40 minutes, flip the apple pieces halfway through cooking.
