*Ingredients :
°1 cup (250ml) broccoli
°1 cup (250 ml) Penne pasta (or other)
°1 tablespoon of butter
°1 tablespoon olive oil
°1 lb and a half of chicken breast
°4 minced garlic cloves
°1 cup (250 ml) 35% cream
° cup (250ml) milk
°1 and 1/4 cups (315 mL) shredded mozzarella or Monterey Jack cheese
°Salt & pepper from mill
*Preparation :
Season breast and chicken with salt also pepper. Cook the broccoli in a bain-marie. Put aside. Cooking pasta al dente & drain. In saucepan, heat the oil also butter on medium high heat. Sautée chicken breast for about 5 min on every side. Take off heat also let cool. Cutting chicken into pieces. Add the garlic to the same pan and cook with the chicken juice for about 30 seconds. Removing from the heat also putting in same bowl as broccoli. Add the cream and bring to a boil. Add the cheese and mix until melted. Reduce the heat to low and gradually add the milk, whisking constantly, until a creamy texture is achieved. Adding pasta to the sauce, then broccoli. Season with salt and pepper and finally add the chicken. Serve hot!
