°500 grams of boneless chicken breast – cut into cubes.
°300 grams of boneless chicken thighs – cut into cubes.
°2 tablespoons of olive oil.
°Half a teaspoon of sea salt.
°Half tsp of black pepper.
°A teaspoon of onion granules.
°Half a cup of mayonnaise.
°3 stalks celery, diced.
°Sea salt and black pepper.
*How to make
Prepare the chicken breasts and thighs by brushing them lightly with oil. Add some granulated onions, black pepper and sea salt.
The second step:
Place in baking dish & cover loosely with aluminum foil. Bake at 350°F for 25 to 30 mn, as measured in the thickest part, is at least 165°.
Leave chicken to cool for at least ten mn before placing it in refrigerator for at least an hour. When chicken has cooled, cut breasts and thighs into pieces 1/4 inch long by 1/2 inch wide. Put the chicken cubes, celery and mayonnaise in a large bowl and mix well.
