°400 millilitres of warm milk
°400g. It’s flour for all purposes – a sieve.
°40 grams. From soft butter.
°2 tbsp. Of granulated sugar.
°1 1⁄2 teaspoons. From yeast.
°1⁄2 a teaspoon of salt.
°Big egg whipped.
°canola oil; Enough to fry.
*Method of preparation:
Combine the milk with 2 tablespoons granulated sugar, yeast, salt, beaten eggs, flour and butter together in a large mixing bowl.
To combine flour all the ingredients and kneading the dough, you should take advantage of your hands. Cover the bowl and transfer to a warm place and let it rise for about half an hour.
Remove the dough from the bowl, smooth it slightly, then divide into 12 equal halves. Make spherical balls of dough by wrapping them with your hands.
Make the ball in a similar form to long and thin sausages by subtracting it. Bring the parties together and fold them in. Keep folding until you get braided doughnuts. Cover and leave for about thirty minutes before serving.
Over medium heat, bring a cast iron frying pan and enough oil to fry shallow until boiling. Fry the cakes until golden. Fry the cakes on the other side until golden brown all the way through and finished.
Sprinkle with granulated sugar, and if desired you can prepare glass to decorate it.
