INGREDIENTS:

°1pineapple, peeled & diced
°500 ml (2 c) cold water
°Grated zest 1 lime
°250 ml (1 c) lime juice (about 7 limes)
°180 ml (3/4 c) sugar
°1 lime

In a blender, puree all the ingredients except for the lime slices to smooth. Pass through sieve & pour to a pitcher. Refrigerate at least 1 h.
Serving in highball glasses and top with a slice of lime.
