°2 crispy pizza doughs (25 cm)
°200g onion and garlic passata
°2 tsp Taco Spice
°450 g cooked and shredded chicken
°75 g mozzarella
°100 g cheese
°125g sour cream
°1 lettuce, cut to pieces
°30 g nacho or cheese tortilla chips
°50 g olive
Preheat oven to 220°C, 200°C, thermostat 7. Place each pizza dough on a baking tray. In a medium bowl, combine the passata, taco spices and chicken.
Spoon the chicken mixture onto each pizza crust, leaving a 2-3cm edge. Cover with cheese then bake for 8-10 minutes or until the cheese has melted.
Add dollops of sour cream to the pizzas. Add lettuce, tomatoes, tortilla chips and olives. Cut slices from each pizza to serve.
