°Corn kernels 200 g
°Olive or sunflower oil 2 tbsp
°Fine sugar 80 g
°Salted butter 30g
* Methods :
1Pour the oil into a saucepan and add the corn kernels. Cover, shake the pan once or twice during cooking and stop as soon as all the grains have burst. With a glass lid you can better monitor the “hatching” and also have the ear to listen to the end of the “pops”! Pour the popcorns into a bowl.
2Pour the sugar and diced butter into a saucepan, heat over medium heat. Stir to evenly distribute the sugar and allow to melt. Mix 2 or 3 times.
When the mixture turns amber (caramel color), immediately pour over the popcorn and stir. Spread on a plate to cool for a few minutes.
Enjoy or devour immediately
