A touch of delicious Indonesian snacks. We traditionally didn’t do it like this but I did it like this to save you time ??
Put everything in the rice cooker and it’s ready.
We usually make this lid with cracked coconut, so it’s even nicer (I mixed this with other ingredients in the rice cooker). And eat it with peanut sauce. There are two peanut sauce recipes you can try.
We usually eat this for breakfast in the morning.
Note: a glass beaker (160 ml) using a glass rice cooker
Ingredients for 7 people
– 2 cups of glass rice
– 1/2 cup Thai jasmine rice
– 1/2 cup of coconut milk
– 2 glasses of water
– 1 teaspoon xylitol/sugar
– 1/4 teaspoon Himalayan salt
– 1/2 teaspoon chicken knorr
– 3-4 tablespoons of grated coconut
1: Wash the sticky rice until it’s clean. Combine all ingredients using a rice cooker, mix well, and let sit for about 30 hours.
2: Then start the rice cooker using the normal “white rice” setting. When mixed, turn on and mix all sides (you can also do this in the middle of cooking). Close it again and let it finish
3: This way you can eat or make balls. You can enjoy the peanut sauce or enjoy it with any other food you have.
