Delicious Vegetable Mini Pizza

Mini Tawa Pizza: Friends I brought here, tips on how to make mini pizza on the stovetop or in the pan. ingredients

2 servings
– 1 cup of all-purpose flour
– 1 teaspoon of baking powder
– 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
– 1/2 teaspoon sugar/powdered sugar
– 1 teaspoon of salt
– 1/4 cup yogurt/curd
– 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
– 150 g grated mozzarella cheese
– Chopped vegetables (red pepper, onion, tomato and corn)
– 1 teaspoon mixed herb/thyme
– 1 teaspoon of red pepper flakes

1: Add all-purpose flour – 1 cup, baking powder – 1 teaspoon, baking powder – 1/2 teaspoon, sugar/powdered sugar – 1/2 teaspoon, salt – 1 teaspoon into a bowl and mix the dry ingredients.
2: Then add yoghurt/curd – 1/4 cup, vegetable oil – 2 tablespoons, now mix it all until you get a soft dough. Use water if needed.
3: Keep the dough covered for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, you will notice that the dough has risen well and you will have to knead it for 2 minutes again.
4: Now take small pieces of dough as shown in the video. Then take a portion and roll it like a small chapati but make sure it’s a little thick.
5: Use a fork and make an impression on the small rolled chapati
6: Now we will take a pan and heat it, when it gets hot, we will put the chapati in the pan and let it cook well on both sides for 2-3 minutes.
7: The pizza base is now ready, so we will add toppings on the pizza.
8: First we add a generous amount of pizza sauce on the base, then we add the grated mozzarella cheese and small pieces of red pepper, onion and tomato, add some corn and slices of chopped olives, now we put the grated mozzarella cheese on top. Stir again, then add the mixed herbs. Thyme: 1 teaspoon, red pepper flakes: 1 teaspoon.
9: Now we take a hot pan and cook it for 6-7 minutes with the lid closed and on medium-low heat.
After 6 minutes you can see the Mini Pan Pizza is ready to eat and the kids will absolutely love it.
