Ingredients

° Lasagna Pasta 500gm

°1 onion

° 100 gm of grated cheese

°400 grams minced meat

° Provence herbs

° Tomato pulp and tomato puree

° ° olive oil

° 1 minced garlic clove

°30 grams butter

° 1 tbsp. 1 tablespoon cornstarch or flour

°1/2 liter milk

In olive oil, saute garlic and onions. Add minced meat

Add tomato pulp and Herbes de Provence tomato paste. Fry on low heat

Make the bechamel: Melt the butter and add the cornstarch or flour, then gently the milk. Stir until the mixture thickens

In a greased dish, put a layer of dough, cover with meat in sauce, then béchamel and finally Gruyère

Repeat the process for several layers, finishing with the béchamel and gruyere

Bake in a hot oven (180 ° C) for 40 minutes.
