*What do you need:

°3/4 cup sugar
°1 large egg
°1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
°2 teaspoons bread energy
°1/4 teaspoon salt
°1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
°1/4 cup vegetable oil
°3/4 cup milk
°1 teaspoon vanilla
°2 tablespoons melted butter
°12 cups sugar per person (I added a little cinnamon to it)

*Directions :

Step 1: Preheat oven to 350. Greased tin muffin with butter. In a large bowl, whisk together the sugar and eggs until light in color. In bowl, whisking flour, baking powder, salt, / nutmeg. Pour the mixture into the egg mixture and stir. Pour in vegetable oil, milk also vanilla. Divide mixture evenly into 12 muffin cups, each about 3/4 full. Baking for 15-18 min

Step 2: While the muffin is baking, melt the butter and pour the remaining sugar into a small bowl. When the muffins are cooked, brush the surface of each with a little melted butter, remove from the pan and roll in sugar. Cool on wire rack.
