Red Beans And Rice With Smoked Sausage
1 lb Small red Beans
1 package Smoked Sausage
3 cloves garlic smashed
2 Stalks celery Diced
1 medium Onion Diced
1 tsp tomato paste
2 tbsp oil
1 cube knorr Vegetable bouillon
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp onion powder
1 tbsp dried parsley
In a large pot add 2 tbsp oil brown your sausage then add onions garlic and celery cook until fragrant .now add tomato paste it gives sweetness to the dish now wash red beans add to the pot with veg bouillon, Black pepper and onion powder ,dried parsley mix well cover to cook until beans becomes creamy and tender .serve over Rice.
I used about 10 cups of water .
