RUM BUNDT CAKE (decadent)

Ingredients

CAKE

1 yellow cake mix

1 small pkg vanilla pudding-(instant)

1/2 cup rum

1/2 cup vegetable oil

1/2 cup water

4 eggs

1/2 cups chopped pecans or walnuts

GLAZE

1 stick butter

1/4 cup rum

1/4 cup water

1 cup sugar

Directions  :

CAKE

BEAT together cake ingredients in large bowl. Grease and flour bunt pan and BEFORE you pour batter into pan sprinkle the chopped pecans at the bottom of pan first–THEN Pour batter in pan and bake at 350 degrees for 60-70 until toothpick comes out clean. Let cool in pan while you make the GLAZE.

GLAZE-Add ingredients to a medium saucepan- and bring to a boil for about two minutes, stirring constantly. SLOWLY pour glaze on top of the cake while it is still in the pan so the glaze can soak into the cake before taking it out of the pan.
